Hi, I’m Natalie — the owner and heart behind Principe’s Catering. My passion for food comes from the joy of bringing people together and creating memorable experiences through delicious food and thoughtful presentation.
Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, bridal shower, engagement, birthday, intimate gathering or corporate event, my goal is to make your occasion feel personal, seamless and unforgettable. From appetizer platters and elegant grazing tables to menus tailored to your event, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail.
As a small, independently owned catering business, I value the personal connection that comes with working directly with my clients — collaborating on ideas, customizing menus, and bringing each celebration to life, one delicious detail at a time.

A 50% deposit books your event. The balance is due before the day.
How far ahead
Two weeks’ notice, please. If your event is sooner than that, call me directly and I’ll tell you honestly what I can do.

Every event is a little different, so your exact cancellation terms will be provided in writing before booking.
Those terms are made clear and agreed together before your deposit is accepted.
On the day
Every event is quoted for what it needs. Catering can be dropped off or served on site — on-site service and rentals are optional add-ons, not part of every order.
On-site chef service is $35/hour, with a 3-hour minimum, and is added only when you ask for it.
Buffet & display setup — including chafing dishes, heat lamps, tiered risers and decorative serving platters — starts at $100, increasing based on your guest count and equipment needs.
Rentals are an optional add-on for a fee — china, silverware, tablecloths and more. They aren’t included with your catering; tell me what your table needs and I’ll add it to your quote.

Your occasion, our table
